At the end of 2019, the Capdemourlin family completed the ambitious project of renovating one of its properties, Château Balestard La Tonnelle. The goal was to leverage its privileged location—the second highest property in Saint-Émilion—and thus, a bioclimatic building was designed, featuring a new technical facility and a new reception space.
